I have just placed an order, when can I expect my card to arrive?

2 - 3 days. If you place your order before 7pm it will be packaged and dispatched by 9am the following day. We currently use Royal Mail's 48hr delivery service for all orders (free delivery over £25) so you'll be provided with a tracking number and a delivery time so you can make sure you're around to receive it.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only deliver within the UK. If you're interested in one of the cards for sale but are outside of the UK please feel free to contact us or drop us a message on Instagram.

I want to buy a slab but I'm worried it might get damaged during delivery, how protective is your packaging?

We understand how important this is. Rest assured all orders are placed in very padded bubble wrap mailing bags, as well as extra paper filler within the bag for that extra level of protection.

All slabs are placed in brand new fresh perfect fit slab bags to protect the slab itself from any scratches and as an added bonus we include an additional perfect fit slab bag free of charge!

All graded cards available for purchase are either carefully sourced or submission returns via the "occasional" lucky pull from the booster packs we open.
