Please see the following guidance relating to cancellations and returns.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, please make sure you do so within 4 hours of your purchase by contacting us at support@buygradedcards.co.uk
We pride ourselves on quick delivery times as well as proper secure protective packaging. If you contact us after this 4 hour mark, there is a chance we're mid process of dispatching your order.

Returns and Refunds

We hope there won't be a need to return your order as it means we haven't done our job of representing the card from all angles and and giving you 100% confidence in the product you're receiving. If however you have changed your mind and would like to return your order, you have 30 days to do so from the day of delivery. Please contact us at support@buygradedcards.co.uk. For a full refund, the order must be returned in the same condition as it was received. For any damages / issues that may have happened during the delivery process, please see our Shipping Policy and also contact us as this will be an issue to raise with Royal Mail.
